Simms Fishing Products came to us with a special project recently.  John E. Simms, the founder, guides and fishes all over Jackson, Wyoming.  He is the epitome of what fly fishing is all about and has been for many years.  Thus, Simms decided to wrap his boat with a commemorative design that he is the centerpiece of.  SCS Wraps was in charge of making sure this got done in a timely fashion before the notable, Jackson Hole One Fly fly fishing tournament takes place this coming weekend, September 6-9.  Below is a photo we snapped before the boat left our lot as there was still much work left to do inside the hull before it headed back to Wyoming.  All in all, we could not be any happier with how this turned out.  The artwork is subtle yet eye-catching up close and John was all smiles when he left the SCS parking lot.  We greatly appreciate the continued, valued business from Simms Fishing Products and look forward to much more in the future.

Our friends over at Dark Horse Customs are off to a stellar start to their 2012 race season.  Jerad Voight (Driver) and Ben Gardner (Navigator) placed 1st at the Nevada Open Road Challenge Touring Division - 110mph class with an average speed of 109.9984 mph(couldn’t go over 110).  This marks the 25th year that this race has been ran and we want to congratulate them on the great start.  Check out the photos from the event below.

The Red Bull King of the Rock one-on-one basketball tournament brought 64 of the best players from 13 countries to face off in one of the most notorious locations on earth: Alcatraz island. Amidst the crumbling walls and the chilly weather outside in the prison yard, the players battled each other and the elements to prove their worth on the court. At the end of the night it was Hugh “Baby Shaq” Jones from Washington, D.C. that was left standing to take the crown.  SCS Wraps once again handled the branding and setup of the court lines for play.
